Shipping + Returns

-SHIPPING-

I aim to post your orders as soon as possible. In most cases they are posted before our guideline of 3-5 days, but during busy times please allow for 5 days.

UK SHIPPING

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. All the prices of our products in our online shop include UK postage.

EU SHIPPING

Orders from Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 3-5 Working Days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery in 7-9 Working Days. 

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country and are out of my control. 

 

-RETURNS-

After your purchase, you have up to 30 days in which to return your order, unfortunately, if 30 days have since passed, then sadly, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes and bespoke or personalised goods. 

Before making a return please contact me at [email protected]  so that we can resolve any issues that you may have and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place. 

Sadly, there are some situations where only a partial refund can be granted.
This includes any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on my part.

Refunds
Once I have received your returned item. I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and inform you of the  approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email me at [email protected]

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact me at [email protected] to obtain the return address and let me know of any issues that you have with your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
